How to make order online?
  • Go to the product which you want to buy.
  • Click on “ADD TO CART” Button. After clicking on it, that product will be added in your shopping cart. Continue the same process for rest of the product.
  • Click on the Mini Cart Button (Top-Right Corner). You can see all the products which you have added in your cart.
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button. It will redirect you to checkout page.
  • If you are Registered User, Login and do the process. If you are New Customer, You have 2 options.

    1) Checkout as a Guest.
    You can purchase without register yourself .In this case, you have to fill all the details like Name, Address, and Phone no, each time when you come on our site to buy products.

    2) Register
    So It is batter to register to shop easily without filling any detail each time.
How will i get an order confirmation?
  • After the order placing, one link is generated “Click here” to print. You can easily get print of order confirmation from that.
  • One order confirmation mail will be sent to you when your order will be placed.
How do I get discount coupon?
  • We provide discount on special offers. You can easily grab it from our banners. You can find discount code if discount scheme is available.
How can I make Cash on Delivery order?
  • We provide 2 payment options:
    1) Ccavenue Payment
    2) Cash On Delivery
  • You can select “Cash on Delivery” Option as required.
  • When product will be delivered to your shipping address, at that time you will pay for that product.
What is the cost of shipping method?
  • If your total order amount is 500 OR more than 500, then your shipping cost is free.
  • If your total order amount is less than 500, the shipping cost is Rs. 100.
How can I track my order?
  • Simply click on “Track my order”,It will redirect you to Login page.
  • After login,you can see the status of your each order.

How much time my order will take to process?
  • Each product contains “Indicative delivery days” in its description.According to that time, Your order will take time to process.

Returns & Refunds?

Sure Safety India (SSIPL) 7 days Return and Refund Policy? How does it work?
SSPIL 7 days Return and Refund policy gives you choice to return items purchased on SSPIL for any reason within 7 days. Return or Refund only, if products are unused and its original condition with label and wrapping. Replacement is Free of Cost.
We offer a free pick up service only Local area in Vadodara. In such cases if we don't a pick up at your location, we will credit product amount in your account (Delivery Charges not Refundable any condition). Just provide us scan copy of the courier receipt/courier bill. Products are delivered 6 – 8 working days.

To return a product to SSIPL, please follow these steps:
You can return products purchased from SSIPL within 7 days. We offer pick-up facility in Local (Vadodara) locations. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.

Pick Up:
Please consign the product in a container and the product must be good condition, Keep the packet ready. Our staff may initially examine the product and a further quality check at our Returns Desk. You can also return products at our website at “Orders & Returns” section. Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is allocated via Contact us.

If products are unused please self-ship the product to our Returns Address. Please mention Order ID No, Billing Name, Email ID and Return ID on a portion of packet. You can also return products at our website at “Orders & Returns” section.

If you self-ship your product returns, please avoid any loss or damage during transit, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Self-ship cost pay by Customer. Returned products will check at our store, if the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you. Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is allocated via Contact us.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.

How do I place a Return request on SSIPL?

Why my return request has been put on hold?
Return request to confirm that the product being returned is unused with original tags unbroken. If the above conditions are not fulfill, your return may be put on hold pending further clarification with our Contact Center.

What is Instant Refunds?
Successful pickup or return product SSIPL will instantly start the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. Instant Refunds is not available.

Why have I not received my Refund despite Instant Refunds policy?
For refunds to cause account (like Credit Card, Debit Card and Net banking), your refund may take 7-10 days to return in your account depending upon your bank partner.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
After the refund has been started by SSIPL as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

NEFT - 1 to 3 days post refund start. Please note, SSIPL start the refund successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?
If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, you will receive a divide Return ID via e-mail for each item. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet.

Does SSIPL pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from Vadodara location. If your area is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option. We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the request placement date. Please keep the return consignment ready.

Why has my return request been declined?
This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original labels are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.

Why did the pickup of my product fail?
We make two attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the second attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can start a new return request. For more details, please call our customer care.

Why is my returned product re-shipped?
This may have ensued, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original labels or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.

Payment Method?
Payment Terms:
  1. Advance Payment / Payment against Performa Invoice
  2. Unless otherwise pre‐decided the following terms shall govern all business transactions.
  3. All material / documents will be sent on COD basis only. Customer / Party has to issue ‘At Par’ Cheque in name of M/s Sure Safety [I] Pvt Ltd, payable Vadodara.
  4. For Capital & imported materials, payment will be strictly against Performa Invoice ONLY
  5. Packing & Forwarding @2% will be charged extra
  6. Installation and demo charges will be charged extra.
  7. Insurance if required to be arranged by consignee.

How do I pay for SSIPL product purchase?
SSIPL offers you various payment methods. You may use Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, and Cash on Delivery and Cheque/DD to make your purchase. SSIPL also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India. Credit option is also available for our customers. Mentation Prices at website are only for Vadodara.

What are your invoicing methods? How can I pay?
All invoice transactions as per GST regulations. We accept all credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Net banking. GST Extra as mentioned in the price‐list.

After July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST includes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc. GST Extra as mentioned in the price‐list.

Any hidden charges when I purchase on SSIPL?
NO, there are NO hidden charges when you purchase on SSIPL. The prices scheduled for all the items are final. The price you see on the product at website page is truly what you pay.

What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not calm an online payment, SSIPL gives you Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. But COD fee of Rs 100 extra charge on your order.
The maximum order value is Rs. 500 and above for Cash on Delivery (COD).

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept all credit/debit cards subjects in India. Using your credit/debit card look into, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on SSIPL?
Your online transaction on SSIPL is secure with the highest levels of transaction security at this time available on the Internet. SSIPL protect your card information as strongly secure. SSIPL use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information.

What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry, make sure the information entered is correct, including all account details, billing addresses and all. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.

If I return/cancel the product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?
Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in shipping charges collected from the customer under SSIPL policy.

(1) You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our store. Please note an order cannot be cancelled.

(2) In case of payment was made online or advance, refund will be start in the same payment mode. Refund amount gets credited to you in 5-7 working days.

(3) In case of payment mode being bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or cheque, please send us an image of cancelled cheque of the account in which you wish your refund, along with the cancellation request.

Your request will be considered under following Conditions:

• The product was delivered in used/open/change condition.
• Product delivered was different (different model, size, specifications, material, quality etc.) from the product ordered.
• Some parts/accessories of the products are missing.

Under following Conditions, you will have place return request:

• The product was delivered in damaged/bad condition.
• The box up was delivered empty.

In above cases, we provide you a fresh product as the replacement.
