'Saviour' Ultra Trolley mounted breathing system is designed for extended use for long duration breathing in hazardous atmosphere. A unique breathing system for 6 hours of breathing, which can be extended to unlimited duration because of its unique change over system. Supplying air to single or multiple workers with compressed air.idealy used in chemical / gaseous and sewage cleaning applications.
 
Specification:

Trolley:

A ergonomically strong steel tubular structure. Coated with epoxy anti – corrosive coating mounted on lockable castor wheels. A friction free hose real with rewind handle and internal single piece inbuilt air connection for lowest pressure drop. Hose – real to accommodate 50 – 75 meters of hose. Auto change over manifold is mounted on the trolley.

Breathing hose: Anti – kink hose as per EN / MSHA Standards with both side crimped QRC

Manifold: a unique auto change over system with pressure release and bleed valve, steel piston type reducer diaphragm with 2-stage reduction. Stainless steel pressure gauges for upstream and down stream pressure connected with crimped high and low pressure connections

A strong steel structure with 2 tons plus load capacity to carry cascade. These well designed enclosures can be hooked to lifting crane. This steel cascade incorporates two stainless steel breathing lines, air manifold panels, two cylinders banks consisting of 3 nos of 47 liters / 150 bar each

Breathing Air Panel:
Life support breathing air panel consist of two stage piston type reducing assembly with up stream and down stream pressure gauges. Connected to low pressure audio – visual warning indicator, safety release valves and multiple outlet connections. All parts hydro tested
